Weird that some people got their items already and I haven’t even received a shipping notice.  Yet, my card was charged early in the week and my order was placed last Friday.

Log into the recon website and see if your order states "Fulfilled". If so it has been shipped.

I sent a request for a tracking number last week to Festool and never heard back. Fortunately My UPS gave me a shipment tracking number this morning. Since I am going to be out of town, I redirected the package to be held for pickup.

This was my exact series of events. Signing up for myUPS has been a good experience.

I ordered on 11/26 and my order was delivered today via USPS.  I only ordered a t shirt and a sweatshirt though.

My order showed "Unfulfilled" as late as this morning, then I got an email in the afternoon indicating it had shipped. Overall longer than I might have expected, but aside from the new toy anticipation, I'm not depending on it showing up in any particular timeframe so merely a first-world problem for me.

Now I need to get some sandpaper ordered up somewhere, it never ends.

Mine still says unfulfilled, but searched my order number (FRO-xxxxx) in the reference field on upss website and shows it shipped today.  Mine was ordered on the 25th.

I just received my saw today from UPS. 2016 model in pretty clean condition. No heads up on shipping information though so it was a pleasant surprise.

Got my Vac Sys yesterday! Been waiting to pick on of these up since they came out - just never a good time or other priorities. Looks brand new - amazingly good deal. Thanks, Festool!

Got my planex and conturo the other day.  Both look pretty new, hardly any dust in/on the planex.  Date on the planex was 10/17 and 3/15 on the conturo.
