Reconditioned Tools - a few words about credit cards

Ok, to help maintain  a semblance of order, minimize all sorts of callbacks and recharges, extra work and confusion (maybe too late for that aready ;) ;D ;)), here's what I'm doing for the Recon tools.

  I will take customer orders, obviously need to get  your credit card numbers when I speak with you; I will place the orders as per Festool, on FEB 1.
  Your card will not be processed at this time.
  I will wait until the dust settles and Festool confirms for me what is available for each customer.
  Only after confirmation that that tool is available for that customer, will I authorize and charge the card.

Just seems to make the most sense to me and hopefully you too.
