Refinishing Corian - what grit sandpaper and type to use?

I have a 20 year old Corian countertop (island and L-shaped counter) that has some scratches in it. Anyone know what the best type and grit sandpaper to use? I have a RO125 and an ETS125. And of course a vac. I have probably a matt to semi-gloss finish.

I used Granat starting at 400 all the way up to 1000 grit and it worked great on a Corian counter that was 14 years old.  Very happy with the results.
