Regarding CMS

Hi all,

Seems like the CMS has been discontinued completely, is that correct? Is it just in the US or globally? Will there be plans for an upgraded/new CMS?

I had an opportunity to use one and loved (the router table) also saw there were a table saw and Euro style saw in the system as well but not sold in the US. The light weight and versatility is perfect for my small 2-car garage.

The CMS has been discontinued worldwide.  Also the current offerings of the routers, saws, etc that were designed for the system will not work due to changes required to the switches to meet EU regulations.  If you are looking for one I might suggest keeping an eye open on the classifieds here.  They do come up for sale from time to time.

Best bet to find one is Craigslist. They seem to come up there more often and move a little slower than listings here.  I just saw one listed in Raleigh, NC today.

The TS and PS inserts sometimes come up here and on eBay.

If you do get one that someone brought over from Europe, you can replace the switch unit with an ekat parts order.
