Registering tools (UK)

Hi guys, I've just recieved some new tools from D and M tools, great service, but I've hit a snag trying to register them, the Festool web page won't recognise any details for the shop, keeps saying "please change or reduce the search criteria", any one else had this problem, or know how it's done ????

Any help would be appreciated
