What's the procedure and proper sandpaper for using a rotex to remove pore filler/finish?
I applied some pore filler to a coffee table top and didn't like how it changed the way the dye/stain looked so I used the Rotex to remove it. I had 80 grit granit on hand so used that. The paper gummed up real badly and every minute or so I'd stop and use my fingernails to remove the hardened whatever from the paper and start up again. I was in Rotex mode and had it on high speed.
When the sandpaper was clean it did an awesome job but I think heat caused it to start gumming up.
