Repair of RO150

I have an RO150 in need of repair. I live in Canada but am close to the border so can ship it to the US easy. When I had it repaired last it seemed to take a long time to get it back ( shipped in Canada) Where do you ship it in the US.

I've sent tools into them for repair and they did a great job.  I know COVID did slow down their turnaround time.  FT Service is in Lebanon, Indiana.  Suggest you call them and chat on what's up with your sander and their costs/recommendations on repair.

Not to be a downer, but typically Festool warranty service is country specific. You can't purchase it in one place and then ship it to another country for service.

So I had good news today when I took the sander into local dealer to have them send it away for repairs.(A MONTH)The dealer looked it over and said he could sell me the part and I could fix it myself. $22 later and it works like a charm.

Several years ago I returned a Festool sander for service and was impressed with turn around time and I think no charge. This may have changed, however, all of my Festool sanders were purchase years ago and they work like new.
