Replacement 'picture card' for inside Festool systainers?

Is Festool able to send replacements for the picture card that they include in Systainer tool boxes? I had a few systainers shipped and the cardboard picture thing was just trashed from tools inside the box flying around during shipping (not to mention minor annoying scratches and dings to the tools)

I'd rather not return the tools back to the vendor simply over beat up cardboard  :)

See attached photo example.

I spoke with Brad in Festool repair department. He said he didn't think the cardboard inserts are available as replacements, but he would email Germany and check. Fingers crossed! Seems so silly to ship 4 systainers back cross-country for such a silly thing.

Better yet, make 'em out of plastic Festool and put a large photo sticker on them! The photo of how the tools should be laid out is super helpful. Heck, it fits with the whole 'system' concept, right? Why use such a cheap and flimsy material as cardboard?

p.s. Shane, this feels like something Festool USA should stock and sell. I could see a lot of guys wanting to replace the cardboard inserts down the road when they get beat up from whatever is in the systainer.

p.p.s. I was watching HalfInchShy videos and he keeps referring to the festool "E-cats" system for ordering miscellaneous parts, what is that?

I already try to have the picture cards from Festool for some years now.
Until now no luck.
Festool Germany is not willing to sell these relative cheap cards. To much hassle I think.
But I think it's part of "the system".
They must be printed by thousands at once and be stored in the factory.

The last 2 years I switched all my Classic systainers to T-Loc (68 now) and wanted to complete them with the picture cards.
The labels on the front I do print myself.

The only thing what changed lately is that you can now get the empty T-Loc systainers for machines including the picture card, black insert and stickers on the front. But they are relative expensive.
It has become kind of a sport for me to score cheap T-Loc systainers.

You are kidding, right?  [eek]    Tell me you wouldn't send back the equipment due to that damage to the cardboard insert?
