Oddly enough, regardless of pin or paddle preference everyone can come to a consensus on a must have accessory for either style of Domino, the Cutter and Domino Tenon Assortment container.
When I was getting my Domino the first words out of mouth after telling the dealer I wanted a Domino were something to the affect that I wanted the assortment systainer. I am pretty sure I did not squeal with excitement when he brought both of the systainers to me.
Pros
-The big reason for the systainer assortment was the bundled savings that are offered through this option. You come out ahead especially considering at some point you will likely have bought everything in the systainer or wish you had when you encounter a situation where you need a Domino tenon that you do not have. -Organization! The Festool system makes it easy to keep organized. The systainer that the assortment comes in has dividers to ensure that your chocolate and peanut butter do not mix. Labels also make it easier to quickly find what you are looking for in the systainer. The size of the systainer for the assortment and Domino also easily stack to allow for easy transport to the job. -I realize that the composition of the systainer is driven by the most popular Domino tenons but an assortment of SIPO tenons as an option would be appreciated! There, I said it. Maybe it could be a variation of the normal systainer but it would have been an attractive option. It would give Domino users a chance to experiment with Sipo tenons for outdoor use.
-I bought the assortment and Domino prior to knowing what a T-Loc was. This is definitely a case of good things come to those who wait. In the above picture you can see how the new T-Loc systainers would allow me to easily access the bottom systainer without having to separate the systainers.

Like I mentioned in my introduction, the Cutter and Domino Tenon Assortment systainer is a great deal. The monetary savings are worthwhile but the organization and convenience of having the right tenon/cutter available is invaluable.
