[attachimg=2]Hi!
So i gave last shot to my CMS-TS 75 setup. Since i was getting uneven rip cuts with miter gauge as fence and since it is bending somewhat i ordered rip fence.
I like the strong fixation and zero flex, but once end of the fence is tightened it bends base plate and wood gets stuck at this "stair"  >:( my oh my .. is it me so unlucky? anyone had this issue? how come this can happen?

That’s more flex than I would anticipate..
It looks that you have the CMS-GE?

I’ll check the setup with mine later in the evening to see if can provoke the same flex with mine.

One thing though; mechanically it shouldn’t flex, and maybe max by a 10th of what you are showing.
Are you sure your base (CMS-GE) and module is flat? Is the module set so it is supported on all 4 corners? From the vid it looks that either the module is bent, or that the base is misaligned.
The base can be “calibrated” by loosening all 12 screws that holds the mid and leg sections and place it upside down on a completely flat surface, then pressed down and retighten these screws.

The GE comes with four clear pieces of clear anti-scratch tape (Dampener P/N 485333), one per corner where the plate touches the base unit. If one or all of them are missing that'd give you about the millimeter of flex you witnessed there.
Perhaps adding some tape in the same position could alleviate that problem fairly easy, too.

CMS system is a bit fiddly  [blink]

Lots of little things that can affect the cut quality.  My fence does the same thing to the inserts.  I adjusted the fence and got a feel for the amount of tension to apply to the lever.  Check your set up constantly and you get better with it over time.

Things to watch out for off the top of my head are:

Plate deflecting.

Blade guard riving knife not in line with the blade.  TS75 plate.  I use the hose and hose clip to hold it in line.

Fence not parallel or deflecting the plate.

OF plate insert ring and adaptor ring not flush.  This is by design but can affect small workpieces and I find it a negative feature.

The outfeed table on the GE stand is hard to keep adjusted for me.  The clips on the stand can easily be knocked out of adjustment.

Thanks for all suggestions!
Yes it is GE and it has all plastic patches on all corners.
In regular position the plate is raised over GE frame, but once fence is tightened it bends the plate.
I have sent video to festool for clarification on the issue and other issues i'm having.

I cannot make blade parallel to the fence. I was adjusting TS75 base (loosen 4 screws) to find out the right alignment, but no luck. I measured the gap between CMS-TS plate and GE frame along the length and it is different. Not by much but the actual TS plate is not perfectly aligned with frame so it is not possible to make blade parallel to fence, because i can adjust blade to be paralel to plate, but fence is parallel to GE frame  [scared]

So many tiny issues... Over last couple weeks i learned 2 things about festool:
1. it is incredibly adjustable and I would say a bit over engineered (too much adjustments can go wrong)
2. CMS-GE + TS etc. being so versatile so good add going everything that it actually cannot do anything :( too many tiny spots where things can go wrong.

So i spent hours adjusting and testing and didn't do much work :) anyway i requested festool to take a look at whole system and adjust it so i can finally make straight rip cuts.

I bought that fence. Its a pain to use so it sits on a shelf. I use the angle stop that came with the fence.
You can adjust the tension of the back clamp there is a adj nut there. Now if you want/need to adj that fence for te toe in there are 4 allen head screws on te bottom to of the fences head.
You may need to adj the toe in bc that fence is designed to be used on the CS 50.

Its a pain let me know what you find out about that fence.

Sorry, haven’t had the chance to check until today.
I did set up exactly as yours, with my now “dummy” TS 75 (missing the right blade..)
The fence did indeed flex the module plate, not as much as yours though. There seems to be little to do with with it. It is the plate itself that flexes, as the fence when clamped transfers a lot of downwards force. I don’t see any really big problems with it, as you may apply a little less force with the clamping lever, and it still stays in a fixed position. The tables on my CS 50 handles the fence with ease, as they are fixed and more profiled aluminium sections. And are therefore stiffer.
