RO 150 Quit

My RO has quit working. [sad] It started making an awful racket and then the on/off switch would shut off on its own and finally just quit altogether.

Are these sanders repairable?Is it something one can do themsevles (like replace brushes) or does it have to go somewhere for repair? I am in Western Canada.
