RO 150 slight wobble

I have, from my recollection, always had this slight wobble on my RO 150 in rotex mode. Holding the handle, it is front to back. So the handle goes up and down slightly. It really hasn't bothered me except today I was sanding a cabinet door and it was really starting to dig badly into the piece. It has always sanded out by the time I got to the last finish coat. This is kind of a deep scratch though.

I thought maybe it might be the pad, so I changed it back to the original that came with it, since I don't hardly ever use it. Same wobble. I ordered a new one just in case (hard pad)

I called customer service and the guy went through the standard checklist. Vac on high setting, etc. which I have never had an issue with since I have a 6" diameter disc on 2-1/4" door frame. Not much suction going there, but I turned it down anyway. Still wobble.

Last thing he said, and he told me he was reluctant telling me, was to take the allen screw off and see if there was any loctite stuff from the factory, which there was a little, but nothing I thought was significant.

Anyway, sorry for the long winded post. While I had the head part off, I was checking the bearing. I don't know, I could be off, but has anyone ever had a bearing go on their RO? It definitely seems like it has some rocking type play in it.

That's my question I guess, do you think the bearing could be bad? Probably 3-4 years old, I work it hard, but not abuse.
