Router table

I am thinking of buying a new router table and everything I read tells me the incra is a great table to buy.

My question is that it is a good system and have seen where people have adapted to use on an MFT table.  Does someone have a table design that would you could use the LS Incra system for both the router and rail guide on the MFT Table.  Seems like a great mechanism to dial in cutting boards on the MFT table.
