RTA custom cabinet parts online

Seems like yesterday someone said you can order cabinet parts that are better and cost less than IKEA stuff, and now I can’t find that post.

Trying to make my basement shop look and function better it occurred to me that filling some odd spaces with white melamine cabinets for be a big improvement. Sure I can make them but the very unusual sizes would result in a lot of waste. And I don’t really like processing that material.

I searched online and found a bunch of places but so far all have high to very high minimum order requirements. Anyone have links?

look up past issues of FDMc magazine (Furniture Design and Manufacturing) . there are a host of companies offering to ship parts from cabinet doors and drawers all the way up to complete kitchens made to order RTA.
They also publish an annual sourcing issue - RED BOOK.

I've had good luck with Cabinets Quick without minimum orders. Only problem is they are on the west coast so freight is an issue.

Barker offers free shipping on orders over $3K but that's probably not what you have in mind for shop cabinets.

Cabinotch will make RTA cabinet and drawer boxes and face frames.  IIRC they offer free shipping for orders over $1500. 

Keystone Wood Specialties makes doors, drawer fronts, drawer boxes and panels.  I'm familiar with Cabinotch but have not used them.  I've used Keystone for several door projects, they are very responsive and create high quality doors.
