Like new. Comes with about 20 sandpaper sheets of brilliant. Cord. New Style Systainer that comes with new RTS400s. Dust attachment. Top left corner of pad has lost a few of its hooks. Doesnt affect performance, but for full disclosure I thought Id mention.
