Do the Rotex 90 Delta Pad and the DTS 400 use the same size paper?

No, the RO 90, with the Delta pad uses the same abrasives as the Deltex 93 Sander.

Bob will answer about the assortment, but I am curious on why the DTS and RTS 400.  I bought the DTS earlier this year and love that guy.  I think that there is quite a bit of overlap that will just cost you money.

I'll probably just get the 150/5, RO 90 and DTS 400.  I'm thinking for just cabinets and bookcases they should be enough.  Just for building things around the shop and house.  Think so?

OK,  If you are just getting a couple ........ the RO90 and ETS150/5 would be a very good all purpose team. Then add in as you desire later.

I think the ETS 150 and DTS 400 are the perfect sanding combination, especially for the kind of work you are talking about doing. This is the combination that I am using. I wrote a short article on the DTS 400 http://weekendwarriorwoodworking.com/festool-dts-400-article-preview-mini-giveaway/here on my blog. I think the DTS 400 gets overlooked for the RO 90. The DTS 400 is the hidden gem in Festool's sander line IMHO. The good news is that if you go with just the ETS 150 and DTS 400 you have plenty leftover for another Festool!
