Sawstop and Very Cool Super Tools Fence: any issues?

My ICS Sawstop fence has another hump in it and it needs to be replaced.  I can just buy new face plates from Sawstop, but browsing for upgrade options I see folks here and elsewhere report on using the Very Cool Super Tools Fence.  I can see some advantages of that fence for some future projects, but I am wondering if those who have had the fence for awhile had had any issues with using this fence?

I don't know for sure but I think the ICS uses a similar T-Glide fence as the PCS. Mark Spagnolo talks about his old VCST fence and how he updated his PCS fence to use an aluminum extrusion (starts at 3:20).

I've done this on my PCS and have been very happy with the added fence length.

I went to the site but couldn't be sure what the total price is for a replacement fence.

John the advantage of the super cool tools fence as opposed to just putting an extrusion on the existing fence is that Alan has the surfaces on his fence machined flat and parallel. He doesn’t just use the extrusion straight from the supplier.

I had a nice conversation with him today and my inclination is to get his fence and not try to retrofit the SS fence with the extrusion like the Woodwhisperer and others have done. The only issue Alan mentioned was the need to replace the measuring tape to accommodate how his fence fits.  Not a big deal but just curious if there any other issues others have experienced.  Thanks for all the replies above...
