SCMS thoughts...

I know its not Festool related (because they don't offer one), but does anyone have any input on a 12" SCMS for me. I currently have a 12" Bosch non-slider CMS, but need a 12" slider as well for certain trim packages I do.  I've got it narrowed down to three I like. Bosch, Makita, and Hitachi. All three seem like decent tools, with the Bosch having the nicest features and usability. However, Bosch has been getting terrible reviews on their newer saws. Lots of quality control issues.

Anyone have any recommendations (except Dewalt, you couldn't pay me to buy another Dewalt tool)?

I have a Bosch and love it. Its a little heavy to take in and out the trailer everyday but its my favorite saw by far. I went with the bosch over makita because of the stupid 1 inch tall fences that makita and hitachi like to put on there saws. Yes you can buy aux fences or you can buy a saw with them already on such as the bosch.

I have a Makita 1013 ... if I was doing it today I would buy a Bosch 12 because of the extra capacity for crown and the higher fence noted in the post above.

I have a Bosch 4410L.  (I didn't need the modest extra that the 12" provided.)  In general, it's been a great saw.  Other than being a bit heavy (almost 70 lbs), the left extension support rail is about 1/16" higher than the main bed.
