Same here. Never had any issues with themI use Senco collated screws.
Tom
Any collated screws within the length restriction would work.
I've done done the special Knauf Diamondboard screws, Gabber branded, evolution branded. 'The tool don't care...'
That is the beauty of standardization. You aren't bound to one brand.
I would take a gamble that Festool isn't making their screws inhouse...
Nah they just have another magazine adapter that allows for the strips with the screws clipped in diagonally. That would be the SD-M 1 for screws 25-35mm and the SD-M 2 for screws 25-51mm. They also have a magazine adapter that is for the same strips as the Festool DWC uses. For Hilti that would be the SMD 57.I think hilti screw guns are proprietary, so I got a festool instead. Only used Senco never even tried to get festool ones

Oh well, it seems! Perhaps they figured they would never get a foothold with their non-standard thing here in Europe and buckled by offering something that would make it compatible with the screws everyone else uses.is this regional, I can't see that SMD57 on the website (USA/CAN) just SD-M 1 and 2
I was blown away at just how good the gun was! So good I sold most of my guns, but I did keep the Makitas as I have so many spare parts for them, as well the extender attachment which is super handy. The gun (DWC 4500) is great though and I its head and shoulders better than every danm Makita screwgun Ive so far used.
Its even better than the Hilti screwgun I've used.
