Sean @ Toolnut the way to go

Just wanted to give a heads up to anyone looking to make a major tool purchase.  I stumbled on to "Sean" from Toolnut.com on one of these forums as I was in the process of making some major tool purchases.  Like a lot of folks, I'm pretty skeptical and cautious about buying from a source online that is located hundreds of miles from me and my shop, and any problems that I might have, so I really put this guy through his paces getting me price quotes and details.  (I have since learned they actually operate a large brick and mortar storefront as well)  He not only had the best price on the large items but he also met or beat the price on all the items he had access to, while being prompt, professional and on the ball with most all I asked of him.  My order arrived quickly, (minus one mfgr backorder, of which I was aware) all was in good shape and most of the shipping was free.  I haven't had a problem with any of his stuff yet, but I feel confident after working with him that he will do everything reasonable to help me if I do. 
In short Sean was a big help to me and saved me a bunch of money!
I would recommend anyone making a big purchase to check with Sean at Toolnut.com  You can bet I will in the future!

I second this [big grin].  Sean is very responsive and will take time to answer all your questions no matter how small.  He even went out of his way to take pics of some items close up for me.  And don't forget that he now sells Tanos @ http://www.systainerworld.com/ .

I live about 40 minutes from the toolnut in New York and I go there a lot, they are very nice people to work with. Give Sean a call if you have questions about a tool, these people are the way to go!
