...is absolutely absurd!
FOG is a very useful form of communications regarding all things Festool, but for the company to allow this website problem to continue without a speedy resolution is a diservice to its customer base. Very unprofessional.

I'm absolutely stunned their IT dept doesn't seem to care at all. If any of our hosting platforms were even close to being this slow for mere minutes we'd be pulling out all stops to work it out before we got inundated.

In this era of Gb networks and effectively unlimited fast storage, there's just no excuse for how long this website has been pretty much unusable.
