If you have been considering the purchase of the Shapton sharpening system, now may be the time to act! Here is the link to the Shapton website:

The 20% off is only from participating dealers, and I found many that are not. Some that are have limited stock (or no stock), but I did find a participating dealer that seems to have inventory here:

Keep in mind the Shapton 20% off sale is for accessories only, such as the Shapton Pond, Stone Holder and Glass Diamond Lapping Plate, all recommended accessories.
The participating dealer I have provided the link for (sharpeningsupplies.com), will also give you 15% off the glass stones themselves, provided you purchase at least 3 in the same order.
It is a tough time to spend money so close after Christmas, but 20% off is considerable, considering these are expensive products to begin with.
I'm not sure I can afford all the accessories, and may just purchase the Glass Diamond Lapping plate, simply because it it the most expensive of the three, and is critical to keeping your your glass stones flat.
There certainly are cheaper alternatives, even after the 20% discount. However, if you were considering the Shapton system, 20% off is hard to ignore. Remember the sale ends 01/16/2017
