Finally made a jig and add-on handle for more reliable bevel cuts on 7/8 Walnut 30" stock. Works well. I noticed in this setup with the ripping blade it is better to just do the 45 degree bevel and not work your way up. The reason being that if the last cut to 45 degrees is too "thin" it tends to leave a somewhat wavy edge. The handle here helps a lot with control and ease of use. Good for repeatable cuts. I used the existed base plate holes so everything is recessed on the underside. Glides normal.
