Shelf pin holes and finish

Hi all,

I have routed my 5mm shelf pin holes in my bare plywood.  The pins fit pretty snuggly as is, and I was wondering whether spraying my stain and clear coat will fill the holes so that the pins may not fit.  Has anyone had this problem or am I making too much of an issue out of this?

Just finished building a small built in audio cabinet with adjustable shelves for a client. Sprayed latex paint thru HVLP sprayer. Probably at least four coats total. Was also a little worried as I was spraying paint. But no problems the pins still fit fine.  [smile]
