I thought I would start this thread as a spot to focus on and highlight some small vendors that I have dealt with. Please feel free to add others you may know about. Most of these folks are one or two person shops making a quality product for us. If you are looking to add some stuff in the near future please take a look.

Thanks for the link to Clean Cut!

Two things I noticed with them that I haven't seen from others:

They're going much wider than most; a lot of the offerings out there tend to focus on length over width.

They advocate milling with the grain, and all of their videos show it being done that way.  It seems to offer cleaner surface and less sanding compared to cross-grain milling that most show (although with a cookie this is a moot point).
