Simple little partition wall.

I usually don't get involved with the Solid Surface parts of my projects, unless it needs to be permanently attached. Most of the time, it is a radius face or where a countertop does a waterfall down the front. There is a department for that, they get it handled.
This time they were too busy, so I did it myself.
It's kind of an odd little partition, with no countertop on either side, just this wall cap. It is off-set to one side, but otherwise similar.

How did you make the cuts for the two access panels?
If you open the first pic and stretch it to full size, then look at the bottom edge, you can see that there are multiple pieces.
The openings are created (glued up), not cut out of a bigger sheet. The bottom piece also has a rabbet cut into it, before assembly. Then the access panel has a matching rabbet. That is how the bottom stays in, without the screws.
