Site is so slow?

Looks like this website is not a priority for Festool.  This has been a "Not Secure site" for many months with no attempts to fix it.  Just be warned that any personal information entered here is subject to hacking.

Just remember not to enter your banking details her on the FOG.

Hi all, well it seems back to normal now, and all is ok, thanks for all the replies  [thumbs up]

It's working fine for me this morning, and the quick tests that I've run show things are normal again. Is anyone else still having problems?

[member=57769]TylerC[/member] when will the site certificate be updated. Quite important from a security point of view and prevent the usual problems such as
"The warning refers to the lack of security for the connection to that page. It’s alerting you that information sent and received with that page is unprotected and it could potentially be stolen, read, or modified by attackers, hackers, and entities with access to internet infrastructure, such as Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and governments."

Go here Not Secure

It does not take much to fix it.

Good morning everyone - sorry for the delay.

It seems like things are running OK now, but I'll take a look into things regardless.

The website is still slow for me. It takes about 20 seconds for a thread or reply thread to open.

[member=76259]MattFestool[/member] - painfully slow again.  Was speedy earlier but certainly not now on my end.

The site is still slow for me as well at 1850 CET.  The delay for any action is between 15-25 seconds after each mouse click.

Ponderously slow for me.  That, and the fact that there seem to be far fewer posts lately, is having me take a hiatus.

I’ll check back in a week.

We've still been watching and looking into the server.  Nothing out of the ordinary, other than some increased CPU usage and network traffic.  We rebooted the server today to see if that would clear up a few processes and help things out.  We're still watching!
