Does anyone know if the parf dogs will work in a "standard" 3/4 hole? They seem to be less than 1mm larger.
Both my cutting table (Eurekazone, sorry! ) & my hand tools table have 3/4" holes, but those parfs would be mighty handy for some things.

A related question would be: If I ever get a Festool table, will I be able to use my current "standard" dogs, or at least my LV dogs with the springs in their sides?
Weren't the "original" MFT800 and MFT1080 holes a slightly different size? I thought it was only the later MFT800 and MFT1080 that had the same hole size as the MFT/3?
The hole sizes increased slightly in the tops of the MFT 1080's and 800's sometime in late 2006 or early 2007, so yes, the older tops had holes that were/are a little smaller.

Yes, that is correct. However, the OP was asking about the holes size of the tops available for purchase from Festool NOW, rather than the older versions that were manufactured years ago. Therefor, Shane's answer is what the OP was looking for.
