I've just got an e-mail from Slingers in Preston - they're currently doing SysLites for £99 inc..

No idea how many they have at that price. No connection with them, other that being a past customer. Just thought it was a good deal & wanted to share. I really want one - don't need one though...

Yes - I think it's a 12 LED version using 1.5W diodes instead of 3W.

Is that better ? Wonder why they've gone to twelve but half the wattage so basically the same or am I missing something

Yeah that's all I can think it would be.

Are they really that good ? I remember seeing them at Warren s toolfest morning when they came out but can't remember exactly how bright they were.
