I would like to add a notes VAC SYS:
- I was surprised by its effectiveness. Vacuum is so great that over 18 mm MDF board can still feel the effects on others, laid on top of her,
- shivering, fixed piece is minimal.
- The basic module suction cup mounting is excellent,
- The small suction cup mounting reduces the efficiency, we see it as a direct proportion.
- At 200 x 60mm I registered a slight sliding, fixed object,
- Brilliant handling skills, finally when routing rows of holes I do not have to rotate the board, the same applies when using Lamello cutter. This fact significantly speeds up work on the stage for medium-sized corpora cabinets,
- Operations such as sawing and working with a chisel handles excellently,
- Height allows cooperation with clamps Festool system,
- Control of foot-operated switch is appropriate to fix the floor,
- Do not drop, fixed piece, shortly after turning off the pump,
- The location of the switch on the side systajneru given the usual storage systajnerov little awkward,
My overall impression surpassed expectations with whom I went to his purchase.

Pretty slick!

How is it working so far? Too high? Too low? Just right?

This is just spectacular in so many ways!  [thumbs up]

How are you treating the  "fuzzy" ends of the MDF so they will accept paint?

Thanks for sharing!

Cheers,
Eric

Really nice "retro" Lamello cutter. I like it, proof that quality tools last a long time.

Yes Tim. The viability of this tool  prevents me purchase smaller dominoes. Moreover Lamello I bought twelve years back in sale for a really ridiculous price of about $ 10.

This project is in the color of vanilla, is already manufactured exclusively in my small workshop. And this is the same painting parts and melamine components. To achieve the perfect edge I used cutting with the addition of 1.5 mm and then routing edges. Technoviking help me in painting and polishing and it was a pleasure to observe his work. I devoted the rest and assembly. Hooks for hanging is domestic choice.

Awesome work!!! and pictures too! [thumbs up]

I hope some day I can achieve your quality of craftsmanship.  Im currently trying to figure out how to organise the mess and lay out in my garage so I can . I hope you don't mind but I'm going to borrow your idea of how your store your guide rails neatly in one spot. Seems like sweet organized space saver to me.  [not worthy]

Cheers

Alkaline:

Is that 'W' shaped item a bookshelf, or just decorative? Also, how did you fasten it to the wall?
