Small pleasures, or what new in the East ...

Today I will not bother my poor English, because I'm tired. [tongue]

From its placing on the market, I kept Conturo nicely at the back of my wish list. I always defeat my desire with balance sheet and therefore my wallet stayed safe. Melanin itself also took a place in making a decision. I'm not gonna lie, I don't like this material but it is a standard in Europe so one can't avoid it.
This summer my work mounded to an amount that a professional workroom would give respect for. So the time has come. Welcome to my new toy. The beginnings were a bit shaky but every new piece made me happier. So I can introduce to you first wardrobe made of tandem FORMAT & CONTURO. It's a successful combination.
The library is 1mm oak veneer and 5mm on the edge. Dry montage is  following with pickling and four coats of italien finish Milesi.
In the rest of the pictures I tried to highlight how is it here bursting at the seams. The idea of big workroom is gone.

Have a nice day all of you guys

Looking at your most recent photographs I see that your 'newish' workshop is now fully functional and with quality customer projects at hand.

Best wishes for your continued success.

Hello friends. Thank you for your kind words. Good word  helps me in these times. There was nowhere to move. But we are fighting.  It's a crazy ride. But beautiful. Nice weekend everyone.

Many thanks Copcarcollector,

This game gave me a pretty hard time, but the mission is complete. And I go next.

Merry Xmas to you also.

Excellent work as always. What laquer was used on the polished high gloss stuff?

Thank you boys.
It is a two-component polyurethane varnish Milesi:http://www.milesi.us/en

There's still a few pictures from some last projects.

May I be a gargoyle in your shop? Something about
those pictures of your shop just gives me goosies.
So much enthusiasm put into your story. I'm sure
as well as others we all look forward to more of your
adventures in 2017.

Have a Safe & happy New Years!
