Arthur interrupted our get together but isn't stopping us from enjoying the day and some good ribs.

Had to drag the new egg over to the shop due to the rain, so I get to combine two of my favorite pastimes.

Happy 4th to FOG'ers in the states or elsewhere!

Its pretty nice here in Seattle. I've got a brisket on my BGE. Happy 4th and stay dry!

Don't recognize the unit, but BBQ Guru makes one similar. It is a temp control system, probes for the pit and meat tied into a fan/control. Set the pit temp and the control operates fan as needed to regulate the fire. Food probe tells you internal temp.

You can set up a 200 degree cook and go to bed. I have a similar system and have done 18. Hour cooks overnight.
