So given how many of these tables I've seen on Twitter over time, you must have run quite a few of these dealer courses and there must be loads of them out there. Have you kept count?  [wink]

Say Phil .. really curious about the mix you get (guys from trades v's pure retailers) and how much time you spend teaching woodwork v's explaining Festool.

Hey Kev
Currently the focus is on dealer training and I run sessions with a dealer for end users - hopefully the end user part will increase.
As for time spending teaching woodwork the easiest and most enjoyable way is to make it a woodwork lesson over two days, focus on the trade relevant part with the range and get those attending to make an item - works well. Keep any theory short and sharp and mainly in the training workshop.
Explaining the position in the market to dealers is key to the success of the products.

.....I have a n idea based on attendance  [scared]
F.D.P.1 - Table = 450-500  [blink]
F.D.P.2 - Frames = 200+ [scared]
Routing - Mini staircases = 80  [cool]
Construction range - Roof structure = 40  [smile]
General - Domino frames = 1000's  [blink]
Basic routing - Clock cases = 50
