Hi,

I had a bunch of Systainer inserts cut using a "Laser."  There are 16 for sale, 8 are solid pieces and 8 are split in half to maximize the yield for the foam.  Both work great and fit the boxes nicely.  The biggest benefit is that you don't have to deal with the non-flat bottom.  I put one on the bottom of the home-made Domino box and it's much better because the wood dividers all sit level.

$55 for 16 of them including shipping to CONUS with Paypal (add 3% if you want the fees)

Thanks for looking,
Rich

Here's the almost full box of 15 of them

8 of them are made from two pieces and I have duct taped them together.

Got a couple of questions.  Each sheet is 1/2" and it's like Kaisen foam and you could glue the layers together and then drill stuff out.

I have used it to allow me to protect tools in my extra systainers.
