I am a home hobbyist woodworker and I do not do commercial work. I am getting on in age and am no longer using two of my Sys-Port 1000/2 rolling storage units.
My units are in excellent shape and the telescoping drawers and casters work perfectly. These are very rugged units made of steel construction (71 pounds each) and they roll easily on my tile shop floor due to the excellent included casters. As seen in the last photo I've got some of the other Sys-Port's I own heavily loaded and they are sturdy, easy to move, and since only one drawer can open at a time (by the Festool design) there is no tendency to tip over.
