The T18 was purchased at the beginning of March of this year. It still looks brand new despite being put through considerable work. I keep my tools clean and in very good condition due to my small case of OCD haha. The drill will be shipped with everything it came with except for the small drill bit. Retail cost of $495 but will let it go for$460 $440

The RO 125 was purchased at the beginning of January this year. The sander is in fantastic condition with minimal dust accumilation. Again, I clean and take good care of my tools so its like brand new save for the dust. It will be shipped with all original contents as well as the blue hard sanding pad, 26 pads of Ruben 2 which includes 8 each of P80 and P120 and 10 P100. All of this has a retail cost of $553 but I will part with it all for$490 $470.
