I like to see what everyone else does so thought you might like to see some of my stuff.
The first two are of walnut panels and doors to Edinburgh University business School.?and the rest are pictures of a house I'm building to sell. I'm actually building 2 but the second one hasn't been started yet due to a water main in the way. Don't get me started on Scottish water...

Really like those wall panels. Are they attached with split battens? (French cleats)

Panels and development looking good big man, you've been busy.
The amount of red tape and other hurdles we have to get over in the UK is enough to put any sensible person off speculative development. Until it sells that is!
A few years back in another life I did a few and enjoyed the work and the profit.
I'll likely point the business back towards this course in the coming years. By then you'll be flying about in a big helicopter with ads on the tv #barrett

[member=14551]Linbro[/member] yes split battens

Scott the gas and electric are not too bad but Scottish water make you jump through so many hoops and take an age to respond. I've had the pavement dug up for three months!
I think the bulk of the profit will be going to utility contractors.
