Spare parts survey

You may want to add an option for "I've never needed spare parts" to the survey.   While I can rate how important it would be to have fast access to spare parts, I can't rate how satisfied I am with Festool's speed of delivery of spare parts, since I've never actually needed to order any, unless we're talking about consumables.

Bob, I noticed that option was missing. This survey is being done by folks at our headquarters in Germany, so I have no control over editing the options.

Shane, one question was about support and parts for Festools older than 7 years. I only started buying Festools in 2006 and none of those first few have needed repair. The OF1010 and TS55 are still in production, but the CT22 is not. One I bought new in early 2006 but others I bought new in 2010. Frankly I expect to be using my CT22s in 2013 and if I remain healthy in 2017. So it will be comforting to still have spare parts available then.

I notice the Union Jack is missing from the survey list.

Wonder why?

Probably Festool DE does not want feed back on TTS UK as they know what they will get.

Why open a can of rotten worms [big grin]

i have bought several spare parts using the ekat but cant so so due to the lack of union jack flag

It has all these flags in top of the first page, but I couldn't change the option to another flag than the US. I also couldn't find a link on the Dutch website.

Still took the survey though, the info can still be forwarded to Festool headquarters I guess.

That is a pre-selected option. Click on the link, then change the '8' at the end of the link to another number to change the language, for example 1 for German, 3 for French, etc.

The question that caused me to pause and wonder what the question was is .... "How important is the support for spare parts issues by your dealer?" Maybe when written in German... it is bit more understandable  [blink].

About the flags.... we Americans know that you Brits are more bilingual that us...less colurful er I mean colorful  people.

Cheers,
Steve
