Special Drill Chucks, what do 'you ' use them for ?

Of the three special Festool chucks, right angle, eccentric, and depth stop, which one do you use the most?  

What do you use them for? Any special tricks or applications that you have come up with?

For me it would be the right angle adapter.I do not own the depth stop.As for the eccentric,i have use it a few time,but it's not really a"must"have.
The right angle gets use quite often.I wish i had 2 of them!

I use the right angle quite a bit. The eccentric doesn't get used very often, but when needed it's pretty useful to have. I can comment on the depth stop, as I don't have one... yet  [smile]

The eccentric chuck is my most used one. I like to put my screws as close to the wall/side as possible. I hardly use the angle chuck because for the stuff I do I mostly have access for my entire drill. Don't have the depth stop.

I get the most use from the right angle and eccentric chucks. On my latest project I've even had to use them together! The eccentric chuck works on the right angle chuck if you hold them together by hand. Very useful for drilling small holes in very tight quarters.
The C12 was my first festool purchase several years ago and I can't count the number of times I've been doing a task that would be impossible without the accessories that came with the cordless.

The right angle and eccentric chucks are used most frequently installing closets and cabinets, but the right angle chuck on the CXS is just the ticket for installing drawer glides inside tight spaces, like face frame cabinets.  The depth stop chuck is dead on for drywall, as mentioned above, as well as for some decking.

Sadly, I mostly use the various chucks to fill up the holes in the systainers ... not getting much tool time lately  [sad]

Right Angle, still haven't used the eccentric chuck much at all.

I use the Right Angle Chuck more than the other two unless I'm patching sheetrock, then, the Depth Stop comes out.

When I have needed the Eccentric Chuck, I can't think of many other ways to accomplish the same task other than a really long screwdriver and a lot of pain.

Interesting , I would have thought the eccentric would take the lead. 

Not that the right angle wouldn't get used a lot.  My thought on the right angle has always been that it would take two hands to  use effectively for driving screws and thus  maybe not be as good in  tough  to reach spaces as an actual right angle drill.

Note however that I have not actually used any of these.... yet.  I will have the whole shebang after JLC  [smile]

If you're using Torx heads, the right angle is easy with one hand. 'Not so easy with Phillips.

Attaching drawer fronts to drawer boxes.  It allows you to get so close to the inside corner of the drawer box so you can drive a screw into the stile of the drawer front instead of the panel.  [crying]

Edit: second pic is the Cxs, and almost gets as close.  Just doesn't get it as straight when drivig the screw in.

I used the right angle chuck to drill some holes for bullet catches in a cabinet. Because of the shelf below, I could not fit the drill in. I don't use these chucks very often, but when you need them they are just the ticket.
