Yeah confirmation email would have been good , but mines arrived ok so guessing yours is on it's way.

Pretty shabby really as I would have thought if the dealer wants to exploit this forum, he might just keep an eye on it for customer concerns.

Umbro are you talking about eBay ? To get the fog offer prices you need to just PayPal your order don't use ebay. The details are above somewhere , read the whole thread.

Sorry to hear we have had problems with your order. Do you want to drop us an email to confirm your contact details please.
I will get it sorted out straight away.

We have had over 100 orders to dispatch in the last two weeks, we have had problems with 3 of them. All of which have been caused by Royal Mail re-weighing the package and deciding we haven't paid enough postage. This isn't an excuse for the poor communication I'm just trying to put into perspective the volume of order vs the frequency of problems.

i just ordered a black marker, pencil and refill pack from Artisan Tool Company (USA)  easy to order and very reasonable shiping  $2.41 for my order (pretty sure they only accept paypal)
