Hey all,

I have a few systainer that I would like to devide into 2 levels,  one is a sys 3 that I keep festool related clamps in and the other is a sys5 that I keep some finish nail guns in

I want to make a top shelf of some sort to provide extra storage for things like nails and more space for clamps.  I currently have plenty of dead space in the tops of the systainer above the tools

I thought of screwing or glueing cleats to the inside vertical sides which would support a plywood tray or similar.

Any ideas??

You could also do something like larger diameter dowels standing in the corners and holt melt glue them.  Then make a tray with a 1/4" bottom.

Cleats or similar work.   Also two Tanos / Festool inserts can be stacked in a Sys- III.

They are wood "posts" painted black. Attached with super glue to the side and bottom.
