Our new Stair I am so happy the old one is gone.The old spiral stair was mounted in this hole .And now because this is a floating home i cud go fishing in my livingroom  [wink]

Not Georg, but I believe it would be because a floating home is considered a "boat" therefore not as regulated by code.
