Standard Hose to 2.25 inch Adapter

I am sure that this has been covered many, many times I just can't find the answer. Can I get a Festool adapter to plug the end of the standard 27 mm hose into or over a 2.25 fitting. Both my Bosch cordless miter saw and my Akeda dovetail jig use this size fitting.

Yes.  The Festool hoses have the same size 2-1/4" fittings (as Shop Vac and many other brands) where the hose plugs into the dust extractor.  The Festool Connector Sleeve can join two such fittings.  Also, the Rotating Adapter D27 can replace the tool end fitting that you currently have on your hose.  Check out my Photo Gallery for shots of changing out a D36 hose with the same type parts.
