Well it appears we receive 80-100 entries each week for the Weekly drawing of the "Where's Lucy" contest. Many of them are from the FOG and I certainly appreciate that. So your Odds are 1 in 100 that you will win. Pretty good odds I would say and better then buying a lottery ticket.
The purpose of this Contest and other contests Tools Plus has offered, is to reacquaint our old customers with the new look of our redesigned website and to familiarize new customers with our website. We always appreciate comments and suggestions both good or bad that will help us continue on the right path. Of course, I know price, service, and availability of products are customers first concerns, but it's the not so obvious problems that I always love to know about. Most customers, when something doesn't go right in the checkout process or just surfing, just throw there arms up and say "forget it, I'm not ordering from this place" and move on. It can sometimes be very difficult for us to actually see our mistakes, unless we are made aware of them. So, please let me know if there is something that pissed you off about our website and hopefully I can correct it, or at least let you know why it can't be corrected.
