So I just purchased the table and I’ve been very happy with it. I think it’s definitely gonna do what I needed to do but when I went to register it, I realize there are no serial number or T – Nr or S-Nr number which is required. I called Festool but unfortunately never called me back after leaving a message. I highly doubt anything can go wrong with the table, but I just feel better registering all my tools with Festool. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Here in OZ if you don't register the tool, you don't get the full 3 year warranty, only the standard one year.

Having said that though, there's not a lot that can go wrong with an STM180, I don't think I'd be at all concerned about registering.

Thanks guys. That’s kind of my thoughts… I mean what the hell could go wrong but it just seems weird you can’t register it

When I got the KAL-C light, it has both a T and S Number. Went to the app to register it and it wouldn't go through. Called up CS and was told that the light isn't register-able. Come to think of it, I don't think my SYS-ROLL is register-able either.

This type of issue has been raised previously......I think it comes down to how Festool differentiate between a "Tool" and an "Accessory"
Tools have a warranty, but accessories dont...?

I have an STM 1800, and I cant remember if I added / tried to add it to my list of tools on the "My Festool" site when I first bought it a few years ago.....🤔 I'll go check!

Edit. I just checked my tools list on My Festool and my STM 1800 isn't listed.....However, 3 items that are on my warranty list are the Kapex mobile trolley & UG wings, my MFT/3 and my KAL ll Syslite....?? I certainly would of assumed that the UG wings & trolley and the MFT/3 would have been classified as accessories!

Maybe some items are warrant-able in the EU/GB, but not in the US/ NA...?

That may be the answer. I just found it to be very odd considering the cost. Thanks for the insight
