I can relate to all this. There are those little plastic seals used on plastic report covers, kind of self binding seals not unlike a trim saw blade protector that would be perfect for re-sealing the paper bags after they are cut open. Not unlike what festool has on their re-usable cloth bag. I wonder if i can find less expensive paper or fiter bags online here in the states, good idea.
I do consider what I'm putting in the bin though. sometime my dust is kind of toxic to say the least. I don't mind actually staying away from it and paying the price for containment. Other days, i'm out there in a cloud of dust emptying bags anyway, so one more is no biggie, It's the catalyzed polyurethane dust that worries me, and the lead, not the wood dust.
