This is my first post after being a long time reader.

I just added a Domino and systainer full of domino's to my collection of Festool and wondered how critical it is to leave the beech domino's in their plastic bags.  Will they absorb too much moisture if taken out of the plastic bags and dumped into the various sections of the systainer?  If so, has anyone found anything better than the plastic bags to keep them in, as you have to rip them open to get at the domino's.

One of the major paint company's makes quart size square containers with screw on tops that might just fit into the segmented systainer, but I don't know how many pieces will fit into one of these containers.

Any idea's

I usually zap them in the microwave just prior to using to remove any excess moisture.  You could put them into ziplock bags within the confines to maximize usable space of each compartment.  Just a thought...

Well i leave mine in the bags in the systainer I just rip the bags open and pick out wa I need. The only reason mine are still in the bags is only because I'm to lazy to empty them out of the bags. Well I'm site so cold and damp is more of a problem then workshop n I have had no problems with them kept the systainer. I don't carry a micro wave with me so I don't have that option so I just gotta work with wa I got.  I think your just worrying to much about it they will be fine.

Here Here
I have had mine in ripped bags in the systainer for over three years now and they are fine

I think it depends on your location. Here in southern California I do not keep the Domino in plastic bags. I removed them all form the bags and they are in the systainer.

The only reason this works as it is not very humid here.

I keep a couple dozen of each size in the systainers, but I vacuum seal the others into bags which I stick into the systainer also.  I rarely use mine, so this is not inconvenient to me.

Hot and humid summers, freezing dry winters here. Emptied some dominoes into a drawer, others left in their bags. Never a problem either way.

Don't worry about it. They are too small to move enough to make a difference.
