Unless I am doing something wrong, there is one catch. The bump on the bottom of the Supercut stops the attachment from rotating all the way to the forward position. As far as I know, the Vecturo doesn't have that bump.

However, it is easily solved by just moving it to that position and then attaching the metal collar adapter to fit the guide. [attachimg=3]

That's good to know. I bought the Supercut in a systainer when the price dropped. How does one go about purchasing the depth stop in NA?

My corded Supercut has not such a bump so the Festool plunge attachment should fit.

How come an American has the Vecturo already, it's only available for 2 weeks now in Europe?
Normally it takes at least 1-1½ years before it hits your shores.

The bump may be unique to the cordless version.  I have a corded version that's a few years old, no bump.

Just curious Hogarth.
Do you use some kind of transformer with the Vecturo?
Because until now it's only available in 240V-50 Hz and inthe UK version in 110V-60 Hz.

I think he just bought the plunge accessory, not the whole vecturo.

Anyone know if this should also work with a multimaster? Not sure if they use the same housing

Now I'm wondering if any of these Fein Supercut acc. will fit Vecturo?

One thing that I could see as useful on the Vecturo would be a swivel on the plug-it socket like the Carvex..

Paul,  I think the Multimaster has a totally different collar housing.

I just called Fein and the technician said they have tried to fit the Vecturo plunge attachement to the Fein Supercut (with the cord line) and it works.
Can anyone confirm he has done it ?
Thank you

For those of you who don't use the German Werkzeug News forum.
Here are some pictures of the latest Fein FMM350 with the Festool Vecturo attachments.
Never thought these attachments should also fit the Multimaster, only the SuperCut.
The only problem, if there is any, that these attachments cost a lot when bought separately.
Depth stop at €59 incl. VAT
Plunge Base at €120 incl. VAT

Sweet sweet sweet! I'm stoked, I was really wanting the 350. BECAUSE of the reduced vibration,mi was at Woodcraft yesterday and played with the 250 and 350 they didn't have the 400 in at the time but the 350 is quieter and is a little easier on the hands than the 400 according to the rep there. And the Vecturo is supposedly the Super anyways and has the harder from end as opposed to the free floating housing. Thanks for this!!

Chris, whatd you think of the 250 vs 350 vibration and noise?

Amazingly different. The floating head on the 350 is unbelievable. Plus it is noticeably quieter. It's still loud just not as loud as the 250. Truthfully Sean, I might go with the 350 set as opposed to the 400 or Vecturo. For me, if the price comes down, with the DC, it's totally worth it.

Oh and TJ called. Wicked nice kid! All set and will be en route tomorrow to ya!
