I have the same set as that and I use those spare areas for other small drill bits and counter bores, etc.
I don't think there are any specific Festool accessories that are designed to fit in those spaces......

I have some square drive bits in there as well as screw extractors.

They used to have some more sets of drills (sold separately) that fitted into the rectangle slots. I did a quick search and couldn't find them anymore.
