OK, so 702082 is the only part number needed to get the whole attic lid except the handle and hinge pins.

Whoops...how did those Bosch & Milwaukee blades get into the Festool case...they agh agh agh agh, ya that's right, now I remember, they are supposed to be in the cases of the Bosch and Milwaukee jig saws that I also own. Ya, ya that's it...

The attic lid is in the EKAT system.
I ordered one for myself a couple months ago.

702082 Cover w/ compartments: $25.16

702083 Klarsichtklappe (cover): $13.78

You can buy just the green attic latch too (702081 Latch: $3.71)
but please note that it is definitely included with 702083.

yes

It's the attic systainer lid + clear attic lid (including sliding latch).

No dividers.  I'm sure you can get those too (I think they were in the exploded drawing).

my 702082 DID NOT come with clear cover + latch or dividers.

So YMMV

my 702083 came with green sliding latch. 
According to the EKAT drawing...it shouldn't.

These are the specific parts in the EKAT and none of them show that they are combined with any other part based on the EKAT picture.  Wondering why there is a discrepancy in what you got with each specific part.

I initially contacted Festool USA with my list taken off of EKAT, they informed me to order through a dealer, as either those items or others in my list (can't recall what) were considered accessories. 

Ekat shows those parts as separate.  Thus, I ordered them through US Tool and Fastener as separate.  I ended up with an extra latch as one came attached to the transparent flap.  I presume it was an error to include the latch with said flap.
